2013

Phase 1: Root and Foundation (Years 1-4) - Start from scratch and establish production standards.
The first batch of open mill, closed mill, plate vulcanizer, and other equipment was delivered to the factory site in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The factory is officially energized and operational.
Start independent research and development of NBR, EPDM, Silicon] and other mainstream rubber formula.The initial technical bottleneck [such as oil resistance / resistance to high and low temperatures] has been solved.Through the ISO 90001 quality management system certification, we have established a full process inspection system from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory.

2017

Phase 2: Growth and Transformation (Years 5-9) - Enter the high-end, embrace standardization.
Upgrade the exhaust gas treatment equipment (RTO / activated carbon adsorption) to become the first rubber enterprise in Zhejiang to pass the environmental protection acceptance.Process extension, product diversification, new [extrusion / injection molding / rubber and metal bonding] production line, enrich product line.From simple seals to [shock absorbers/protective covers/complex structural components].

2025

Phase 3: Advance and Explore (Years 10-13) - Smart Manufacturing Upgrade, Sailing to Overseas Markets.

The products are exported to Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, and the proportion of export volume is gradually increasing. Standing at the new starting point of 13 years, we will start the construction of a new factory and move towards the goal of becoming a "100-year rubber factory".
